With over 21 years of experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Hayley's journey in facial aesthetics is marked by extensive training with top clinicians at Harley Street, London. Her expertise in delivering tailored treatments with precision and care has made Athena Skin Care Clinic a trusted name in the industry.
Karen Kirkpatrick
Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Karen BSc, ANP, Dip, AN, is a highly qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner who specialises in aesthetic medicine. With extensive clinical experience, she is dedicated to delivering safe, effective, and tailored treatments to meet individual client needs. Her particular areas of expertise include skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal, where she combines clinical precision with a genuine passion for enhancing natural beauty.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Lynsey Smith BSc, ANP, Dip, AN, is a highly qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a specialist interest in aesthetic medicine. She brings a wealth of clinical expertise to her role and is deeply passionate about skin health. Lynsey’s key focus areas include the management of hyperpigmentation and promoting overall skin wellness through evidence-based, personalised treatment plans.

Semi Permanent Makeup Specialist
Chantelle is our specialist in semi-permanent make-up, bringing a unique blend of precision and artistry to her treatments. She is fully qualified and trained in both beauty therapy and dental therapy, offering a comprehensive understanding of facial aesthetics. Chantelle works with us on Saturdays, providing clients with expertly delivered, natural-looking results in a welcoming and professional environment.
Sarah Guy
Pelvic Floor Strengthening Practitioner
Sarah is our dedicated practitioner for pelvic floor strengthening treatments. Using the Tesla Ultra chair, she provides discreet and effective care to support women and men's health and well-being. In addition to her clinical role, Sarah also serves as our Governance Consultant, ensuring we consistently uphold the highest standards of patient safety, compliance, and quality of care across all aspects of our practice.
Dr Heather Lambert
Advanced Menopause Specialist
Dr Heather Lambert graduated from Peninsula Medical School in Devon in 2008. She completed her training in the North Hampshire area where she continues to work as a GP.
Heather has a special interest in women’s health, contraception and menopause and has a passion for improving women’s’ quality of life.
She holds the Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care as well as the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health. She is trained to fit coils and implants.
Alongside her menopause work, Heather runs a weekly gynaecology clinic at Basingstoke Hospital which has allowed her to broaden her knowledge of womens’ health conditions.
Heather understands the importance of personalising hormone replacement treatment to each patient’s individual needs and is passionate about empowering women to improve their health and well-being.
