Please ask a team member to show you our complaints policy.

If you are unhappy about any treatment you have received or any other concerns, please speak to one of our team.

If they cannot resolve the issue for you, please ask to speak to one of the clinic managers Hayley or Emma who will try to rectify the problem and offer you further advice on our complaints procedure.

If your complaint cannot be resolved and you wish to make a formal complaint, please put this in writing so that we can review it and investigate the issue in line with our policy.
