These Booking Terms apply to all appointments, consultations, and treatments booked with Athena Aesthetics. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Appointments & Booking Requests
- All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation
- Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment
- We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings where necessary
2. Deposits
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits may be transferable if sufficient notice is given (see cancellation policy below)
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
- More than 48 hours’ notice → deposit can be transferred
- Less than 48 hours’ notice → deposit will be lost
- Failure to attend (no-show) → full deposit or treatment fee may be charged
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced
- If the delay is significant, your appointment may need to be rescheduled
- In such cases, your deposit may be forfeited
5. Consultation Requirement
All treatments require a full consultation prior to treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate
- Your safety and wellbeing are our priority at all times
6. Medical Suitability
You must provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation.
We may refuse or delay treatment if:
- It is not safe or suitable
- Medical information is incomplete or withheld
- There are contraindications
7. Results & Expectations
- Results vary from person to person
- No specific outcomes can be guaranteed
- Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results
8. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation
- Payment is due at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise
9. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds on completed treatments
- Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable
- In exceptional circumstances, this will be assessed at our discretion
10. Treatment Packages
- Packages must be used within a specified timeframe (if applicable)
- Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Missed appointments within a package may result in loss of that session
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment or terminate an appointment if:
- Behaviour is inappropriate or abusive
- You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- It is not safe or appropriate to proceed
